30 Days of Motivation - Cycle 1 - COMPLETED - Start of Cycle 2
End of Cycle 1
Today marks the end of my first round of "30 days". My goals for the past 30 days were:
- Wake up at 5:30 am each weekday
- No fast food
I'd say my success rate was about 95%
The fast food thing was actually easier than I thought it would be, packing a lunch every day helped to achieve that one. Getting up early was the more difficult of the two (it's the one I failed at one or two days).
Start of Cycle 2
For the next 30 days (March 5 to April 4) I will attempt:
- Wake up at 5:30am each weekday (carryover from cycle 1)
- No fast food (carryover from cycle 1)
- At least 40 minutes of exercise 5 or more days per week
- At least 30 minutes of reading 4 or more days per week (blogs don't count, only books)
Emphasis will be placed on the 2 new goals, but it's my plan to achieve all 4 (2 old ones, plus 2 new ones)
To keep track of #3 and #4 I'm planning on putting one of those monthly wall calendars up in my bathroom and checking off the days I exercise and read.
Here we go for another 30!
