30 Days of Motivation - Cycle 1
Today marks the start of my first "cycle" of 30 days. I have chosen the following goals for this cycle:
- Wake up at 5:30 AM each weekday, and no later than 8:00 AM on weekends
- No Fast Food (sit-down restaurants I'm gonna let slide for now, but no more: Wendy's, Taco Bell, Arby's etc.)
My plan is to make a blog post for each day (probably at the end of each day) to document my progress.

Sounds cool man, I started playing hockey so I would stop blimping out like it was my job, cutting fast food is a great way to get in shape.
By the way, you need to change the link at the bottom there, instead of tomhearn.com it is nerdyhearn.com now.
